This week’s sketch on Operation Write Home’s blog can be found here. The measurements on the sketch didn’t quite work – especially for the circles along the side, so I used smaller. Here is my version:
I’ve had these papers from Kaiserkraft for a while now and want to use them up. The cardstock is from MFT – sour apple. I used the MFT doily die namics for one of the circles stamped with MFT music background stamp in grape jelly.
Looking forward to seeing your cards. Thanks for stopping by.
Beautiful!! I love your colors and that music background stamp! Lovely.
So cute! Love how you created your own designer paper!
Why have I never thought about stamping on circles to add detail????? What a great way to stretch the use of a stamp and add to a card. Thank you for sharing. 🙂
love the use of the music note paper- you did a fantastic job with the sketch!
Love the purple and green color combination. The fancy circle die is a great unexpected detail, too!!
Prefectly coordinated! Love the piercing! WTG!
I’m especially drawn to this card because purple & green is my favorite color combination! This is SO pretty with all the detail work and pretty patterns! Well done!
I just read your bio, and we must live relatively close to one another! I’m about an hour away from Lancaster myself! Surely you’ve visited L&L in Ephrata too then? It’s one of the best little stamp stores in the area 🙂
