This week’s sketch for Operation Write Home can be found here. It is a rare occasion that I can work on a card using the Sunday sketch when I get home from church. But today was an exception – I actually was able to get three made. The first two cards were inspired from what I learned in Summer Card Camp 2 at Online Card Classes and this particular technique was taught by Kristina Werner. The glare you see on the cards is acetate.
This next one is a little bit too busy. It’s funny what you see after you photograph your work.
I may even have time tonight to comment on your cards (I always look, just don’t always have time to comment). Thanks for stopping by.
Super nice cards…esp love the last one…really draws attention to your wonderful stamping!
That is fantastic you made three lovely cards from the sketch challenge ! I especially like the embossed acetate idea in the window of the first.
Gorgeous cards Ann. You really rocked this sketch girl. I especially love the soft spring colors of the last two, and the delicate flower stamp. Thanks for playing!
Love the idea of using acetate, and I have a whole bunch of it that I have not known what I could do with it. Thank you for the inspiration. 🙂
These cards are so pretty! I especially love the first one with the string. BTW, I follow Kristina Werner, too! Love her videos!
I love the assorted colors and designs, but those delicate flowers are beautiful! I love how you used them for a focal image as well as backgrounds! Well done!
