The sketch this week over at OWH involves layers. I am not a fan of layers because my eyesight isn’t what it used to be and I have not been blessed with a lot of patience. However, I persevered and came up with the following card. I used lavenders and a new stamp set from Stamplorations.
Using the same stamp sets I created these cards as well:
Thanks for stopping by. Enjoy Daylight Saving Time and the remainder of the weekend.

These are beautiful cards, Anne! I’m not a fan of layers either. Your perseverance paid off because these cards came out looking great! Love your color choices as well!
Pretty cards! The first is especially so…wtg!!!
Love those lavender papers and the sentiment is fabulous. I really like your paper piercing details on the layers…very nice!
Your Mother’s Day cards are simply beautiful!! There will be some very happy Momma’s out there this year!!
I know what you mean about the eyesight, but it didn’t seem to hinder you in the least bit on these cards. Each of them is beautiful with lovely sentiments. I really love the brightness of your third card. It just has that fun flair to it. Enjoy your week.
I love how you used a decorative edge on some of the layers, great way to add detail. Thank you for sharing with us. 🙂
I love how your cards are Mom focused, but can be used anytime, not just for Mother’s Day!
These are such sweet cards! I love your sentiments. Thanks for sharing!
