I have been fascinated with covered bridges since I saw my very first one back in the 70’s while camping with my husband and children. We have toured Bucks County as well as Lancaster County and have seen most of them. We have had many camping adventures and have seen covered bridges in Indiana, Ohio, New Brunswick, New Hampshire — these are places I can remember.
Our oldest son’s birthday is on Monday. He moved about an hour away from us two years ago, and at the end of their street is a covered bridge. I was so excited when he told me. So this is his birthday card this year.
The stamp is from GinaK designs called Country Road, and colored with Copics. The sentiment is from Craftwork Cards (I believe I purchased these somewhere in my travels across the USA). I used Spellbinders Card Creator Distressed Edges for layering onto MFT Paver Red Cardstock.
Thanks for stopping by.
