Fancy Folds

This month’s challenge over at Stinkin’ Inkers is to create a card using your favorite fun fold. So here is my card.

I used the Stamps of Life Step Card die to create the base, the papers are from AC Moore and the stamp sets I used are from Scrapping for Less.

This card will be shipped off to SAS4Kids (I am a shipper and ship to 4 different hospitals).

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

2 Crafty Critter Crazies  – Anything goes with a critter (owl)
2 Sisters on the Blog – Use something with the letter S (Pumpkin Spice Coffee)
Crafty Hazelnut’s Patterned Paper Sept. Challenge – Always use Patterned Paper
Crafty Animals – Anything Goes
Creative With Stamps – Autumn
Double Trouble – Make like a Tree and Leave (Fall Theme), optional twist fall sweet treat (Pumpkin Spice Coffee).

If you are cardmaker and have a surplus of cards because you just love making cards (like me), or you would like to know where to send them, please go to my “All About Me” page and check out the different places I send my cards to.

Thanks for stopping by. Be Blessed and have a great week.

Tuesday Morning Sketches

One of the challenges I like to play along with is Tuesday Morning Sketches. The December Flavor of the Month Kit arrived in my mailbox yesterday from Scrapping for Less and here is the card I created.

There are four different collections in the Flavor of the Month. I pulled out the second collection and used the Stamp – Penguin with a Mug by Stamping Bella; papers called “Chill” by Scrapping for Less; and the Sequins by Buttons Galore. I used a sentiment from collection #1 Bear Hugs by Sunny Studio. The card base is Sno Cone from MFT which is also included in the Flavor of the Month.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Scrapping for Less

I subscribe to Flavor of the Month Card Kit by Scrapping for Less. The first kit I received was called For the Love of Pets and I created this card using “Puppy Pals” (Newton’s Nook) for the current challenge over at 2 Crafty Critter Crazies.

Along wih the kit each month comes four sketches to help you create cards. This card was based on sketch #2. All of the papers came with the kit as well as the adorable bone paper clip. The image was colored with copics.

I am a shipper for Send A Smile 4 Kids and this card will be going to them.

I used one of the kits in the new Scrapping For Less Flavor of the Month from Pink and Main to create my card along with the cardstock and designer papers included. The flag banner on the upper right corner of the card is from GinaK – Holiday Frame Fillers and then it is cut out using Scan and Cut.

I am also linking this card up to the Send A Smile 4 Kids Challenge, Happy Holidays for Kids or Anything Goes.

Thanks for stopping by.

Pumpkin Spice Season

It finally feels like FALL here in the Philadelphia area. We had the air conditioner on last week and this week we are turning on the heater. I love that about the Northeast – the four seasons. I am not about leaves – we have four huge trees in our yard and the leaves are just begining to fall (very late this year). So I guess we will be raking until Christmas. I do however love Pumpkin Spice anything!

Here is my card today. The stamp I used on this card reminds me of my daughter who is Vegan but has to have her Pumpkin Spice Lattes!
