I created this Birthday Card for SAS4KIDS a few weeks ago and I liked how cute it turned out and thought it would be great for one of the younger patients at the hospitals I ship to.
The cute little dog and gem are from Stamps of Life, the greeting is an outline sticker, the Cardstock is from MFT and the paper is from Stampin’ Up (very old).
