Well I sure learned a lot this week in the Online Card Class (using stencils). It is never too late to sign up and you can do that here. On day three we learned how to make our own stencils out of dies. I had purchased the Peaceful Wildflowers stamp set with matching dies from My Favorite Things some time ago and they are my go to for feminine cards. In November they came out with a larger set with matching stencil (I hate when that happens). This year I decided that I will use what I have before making new purchases. So I made my own stencil (using just one of the flowers) as learned in the class. The colors are soft and the camera didn’t pick them up too well but here it is.
This is my first attempt and as you can see I need lots of practice.
