My favorite holiday hands down is Thanksgiving. No gifts, just gathering of family to enjoy everyone’s favorite meal of the year. It was hard when my children married and they had to rush out to go to their in-laws or be too full to eat the meal I had prepared, because they had already eaten. So for the last five years my family gather at my house the Sunday before Thanksgiving to celebrate the holiday.
